My name is Katy! I work at Co.Lab studio in Wellington FL! I have been doing hair since I owned Barbie’s (so a really long time passion). I work under such a cool roof with other independent artists! I educate in hair balayage, blonde and extensions. I use kesh hair extensions (the best look it up)!! Being the Bocablondes began when I started doing hair in Boca Raton FL. The name embodied who I was and who I have become. It doesn’t mean you have to be BLONDE! I specialize in all different colors. “BocaBlondes” was initially because I specialized in blondes until I fell in love with the rainbow of all hair color and became a color specialist and extension specialist! Which means I do all types of extensions Handtied, sewin, tapes etc etc. My goal is to make others feel like in a town full of materialistic things in my salon none of that exists. Cancellation Policy
To make sure we can get all clients in we do require a 24 hour notice or you will be charged full price. We do understand emergencies happen but to ensure we are valuing our time we have to keep this policy in place !
If appointments are not canceled within 24 hours prior to booked service time, you will be charged 100% of your service.
REFUND POLICY
THE EMPLOYEES DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE.
We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within FIVE days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the five day window of the initial service.
